From the North: I-95 to I-40 East, take Exit 398 - Hwy53/50 (Burgaw/Jacksonville/Topsail Island Beaches), make a right on Hwy 53 towards Jacksonville. Turn right on Hwy 50 to Holly Ridge, follow Hwy 50 all the way to Surf City - Topsail Island
From the South: Follow Hwy 74/76 to Wilmington, NC onto US-17 N/US-74 E/US-76, merge onto US-17 N/US-421 N toward I-40/Battleship Memorial/US-117/Clinton, turn right onto I-140 E/US-17 N, merge onto US-17 N, follow for approx. 26 miles, turn right onto NC-210. Turn right onto NC-50, follow all the way onto the island.
To A Beach Place Realty: After crossing the swing bridge on Hwy 50 onto the island, make a right at the traffic light on S. Topsail Drive. Our office is located on the right under the Surf City watertower.
